   To use certain features of Polymers.uz, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are obliged to provide correct information regarding your real identity, full name, email, telephone, and address.
3. Product Information
   On our side, we are obliged to provide up-to-date information about products, their quanities, prices, documentations, and etc. Please note that all purchases are subject to availability.
4. Ordering and Payment
   By placing an order on Polymers.uz, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Prices are fixed for 1 hour from the moment the order is placed. You must make payment within this time, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. Payments must be sent to our bank account with the TID in the description. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, the order will become valid and processed.
5. Processing Orders and Delivery
   Once you completed the order and made payment, our finance department will check and verify your payment. Once your payment was successfully confirmed, we will arrange logistics and delivery the product to you. You can track up order and delivery status on orders page.
6. Refund
   The refund of payment might be subjected in cases we fail to deliver the product to you or the product you received is not same as it was described while sale process and in documentations.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on Polymers.uz, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Integral Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Polymers.uz and Integral Group are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our platform, products, or services.
9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uzbekistan.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    Polymers.uz reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on the website.
